The return and exchange of goods is possible within 14 days after
the receipt of the goods by the buyer. The return delivery of goods
is carried out with the help of the buyer.

You can return the product or exchange it if the product
has not been used and has no traces of consumer use: scratches, chips, scuffs, stains, etc.;
the product is fully equipped and the factory packaging is preserved; all labels and factory markings are preserved; the product retains its presentation and consumer properties.
According to the Law "On Consumer Protection", the company may refuse to exchange and return goods of good quality to the consumer if they belong to the categories specified
in the current list of non-food products of good quality that are not subject to return and exchange.
